I am happy to have this opportunity to express my satisfaction with Cateraid, its products and Rob Katz's service.  I have been using Cateraid desserts and appetizers for 10 years in various operations at the University of Michigan.  Rob has always been ready to help us with descriptions and samples of his products, custom orders for our own special recipes, and delivery that is regular and reliable.  

I menu a wide range of Rob's desserts, and they delight and satisfy my customers.  I use Cateraid appetizers and many of the other products Rob carries to fill out the production of my kitchen here at the University of Michigan Business School's conference center.  We serve appetizers for daily hospitality hours, in the dining room and for catered dinners and receptions.  Our international clientele of high level executives and business people appreciate the multicultural tastes we are able to present to them with Cateraid's products. Cateraid is my primary supplier for University receptions and special events prepared for the Dean and Faculty of the Business School.
